Refund policy

Items can be returned up to 30 days after your order is delivered. Any items returned after the 30 day period may be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the total value of the order.

In case you want to return your order, please contact us providing your order information so that we can process your refund and shipping instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and tracking must be provided as soon as the items are sent to us.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, with no signs of wear, tampering, modification, opening or replacement of components. The returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories as in the original order.

Missing items or lost shipping is not a responsibility of MIRPH Designs, and will be charged accordingly, if applicable:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to production error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after one business week, please check your account information with the source of original payment.
Keep in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and delays are usually on the issuing bank's end
